Uruka currently uses cash on delivery. We do not collect or store credit card numbers or online payment card details in the app.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, Uruka may use a notification token to send order updates, app updates, or other Uruka messages. You can turn off notifications in your device settings.

You can request account deletion in the app from Profile > Delete account. When your account is deleted, we deactivate the account and remove or anonymize personal information that is no longer needed. We may keep limited order records when required for delivery, customer support, accounting, security, or legal reasons.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law or needed for legitimate business records.

Children

Uruka is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us.

Your Choices

You can update app preferences in the app, turn off notifications in your device settings, and request account deletion from the Profile screen.
